Italianavera Aubergine Pasta Sauce – a natural tomato sauce with fresh aubergine that is cut and processed by hand, extra virgin olive oil and a sprig of freshly harvested basil.  Delicate yet strong, it follows a classic recipe of Sicilian origins with a hint of the more gourmet with the fresh, hand-cut aubergine. Italianavera tomatoes are carefully selected and processed by hand within 24 hours of harvesting and do not contain any sugars or preservatives.
